Virgin Galactic officially joined the space tourism business. On Aug. 10, the company flew the first Olympian, Jon Goodwin, and the first mother-daughter duo, Keisha Schahaff and Anastatia Mayers, to the thermosphere and back. It’s the first majority female spaceflight.
