Dethrottle will work perfectly fine, until you click into the game window again, at which point the throttle will activate and you will start accelerating. Step 1: Get yourself into open space, away from any planets or stars. I would prefer to stay on 0% thrust and me to deside when to go. When you first enter a star system, it sets your throttle to zero, thus avoiding the accidental afk crash into stars. Not having expected the ship to do that I didn't notice what was happening and emergency dropout kicked in. It does not matter whether Hyperspace Dethrotle is set to ON or OFF in the ship settings, and its not a power management issue - it has power and it works as normal supercruising to a destination and automatically exiting hyperspace. :-) Jan 5, 2020 · There is something wrong with Jacques Spaceport that causes the hyperspace dethrottle to stop working.
